Lena was super welcoming and collabrative. I let her know I was looking for a hair transformation so she offered me lots of options for times for a consulation, and was really considerate of my time. She did a beautiful cut and colour on my hair, . She really used her experience and eye to give good advice and was so friendly. I'm super happy with my hair!
