A 30 minute massage tailored to your needs. Suitable for one area of the body ie back or legs. 
This treatment will incorporate all modalities as necessary and discussed during your consultation and is therefore suitable for anyone. 
Treatments will range from relaxation to clinical. 

Modalities included are -
Swedish, Sports, Deep Tissue, Dry Cupping, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Hot and Cold Stones, Clinical therapy. 

Some techniques used during treatments are 
Trigger Point Therapy, Soft Tissue Release, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation, Active & Passive Stretching. Active Isolated Stretching, Myofascial Release, Positional Release and Amma work.

30 min massage 

A 45 minute massage tailored to your needs. Suitable for one  or two areas of the body. 
This treatment will incorporate all modalities as necessary and discussed during your consultation and is therefore suitable for anyone. 
Treatments will range from relaxation to clinical.

• Twitching of face muscles
• Bruxism (teeth grinding) Worn teeth
• Trismus (difficulty opening mouth normally)
• Jaw that gets stuck or locked

Massage can help heal and release the soft tissue and muscles. Relieving the pain and reducing the symptoms caused by problems in and around the jaw joint.
Following an assessment of your TMJ I will work on two main areas; I will work on the muscles of your neck and upper shoulders and then the face and jaw, this includes intra oral work.
Everything is connected and the neck and jaw have a particularly close working relationship, so tension in your neck and shoulders will be referring tension up into your jaw.
After your first session you will feel a difference but due to the chronic nature of this condition on going treatments are required; 6 weeks is recommended
