Joanne was so lovely, she helped me when I had a bad experience with my hair and grew to hate it, she fixed that for me, she listened to what I would like and she did that for me and also suggested a couple of things that would work well. The salon was beautifully done and I really appreciate all of the help. She even sent me away with a goody bag. It was an amazing experience. Thank you!x
