This massage takes a bespoke approach to your needs. Massage benefits the circulatory system, decreases tension in the muscles, releases fascia, and calms the autonomic nervous system. Stimulation of acupressure points is included as needed and as appropriate. The massage approach I most commonly deploy draws on a range of techniques; from deep tissue, to Swedish, to body Gua Sha. Cupping, both moving and static, can also be included as a method of tension release and meridian stimulation. If you would like to include your feet in this massage, please indicate this in your consult form. 

Discussion of your goals, history and holistic progress will also take place. The duration of which may take a little longer at the first session - 15 mins approx.

Cupping and dry needling might be used alongside your acupuncture treatment to enhance the outcome, suitability and preference dependant.

Treatment time is approximately 40 minutes, this might fluctuate a little depending upon you as an individual, your needs and your response to the treatment. Discussion of your goals, history and holistic progress will also take place. The duration of which may take a little longer at the first session - 15 mins approx. 

Acupuncture - 40 mins treatment time (approx), plus discussion of your needs and outcomes 

Cupping therapy is an ancient and healing method of body recovery and regulation. Your muscles and soft tissues are stimulated, drawn up by the suction, and thereby given the chance to release tension. Blood flow is encouraged, meridian points are activated, muscle recovery and fascia release is enhanced. 

Dependent upon your age, your needs, and the body areas involved, cupping can take approximately 20 / 30 minutes. Dry needling of key points can also be included on key areas if appropriate. Dry needling targets muscle bulks to assist in quick muscle release and greater range of movement. 

Please note, due to your level of tension, your age, and the area of the body being addressed, there is the possibility of marks being left on the skin. These will usually disappear in 1 - 7 days.

Acupuncture & Holistic Massage Combination - the ultimate, fortifying treatment for system regulation and self-care 

This massage aims to address shoulder pain and strain. Techniques deployed for this treatment draw inspiration from a range of approaches - fascia release, deep tissue and locked muscle massage. Seated work and work on the massage couch (lying flat) will be included.

Please note, this treatment is likely to be experienced as an intense massage and light stretching may also be included. 

Discussion of your goals, history and holistic progress will also take place. The duration of which may take a little longer at the first session - 15 mins approx. 

Shoulder Pain & Release Session - locked muscle massage & fascia release

This massage is tailored to a full-body approach. Massage benefits the circulatory system, decreases tension in the muscles, releases fascia, and calms the autonomic nervous system. Stimulation of acupressure points is included as needed and as appropriate. The massage approach I most commonly deploy draws on a range of techniques; from deep tissue, to Swedish, to body Gua Sha.
