It’s not about the technician, it’s about Saloon Strategy “ am wondering if I payed a full amount for mani/pedi service which includes normally the normal nail polish, but I wasn’t able to apply the polish at the same time due to some reasons. Why it’s not allowed to keep the polish option in the system to do it in the next appointment ? “
