Fera, the Creative Director, was amazing! You can really see her passion and dedication in what she does. Every step was done with so much care and attention. I left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and, best of all, looking totally chic! The massage chair during the hair wash and treatment was such a pleasant surprise too. Definitely made the whole experience extra relaxing.
