My experience at The Tides was incredible. Ellie's space is incredibly calming, appealing to all of the senses. She is a beautiful and talented practitioner and is mindful of any physical mental or emotional consideration needed in order to deliver the best possible experience to her client.

Absolutely fantastic experience with Ellie. I genuinely see both a mental and physical difference in myself after a session. People at work stopped to ask me what I had done as I was 'back to my old self' after a significant period of stress. All thanks to Ellie ❤️
