After my holiday of lots of walking, kayaking, swimming and hiking, I was in desperate need of a sports massage! Ellen was amazing, she felt and released knots in areas that I don't usually get knots. I've got my next sports massage booked in and added half an hour for Ellen's wonderful facial massage too!

My first lymphatic face and body massage was a great experience with Ellen. A great welcome and beautiful calm treatment room. Ellen explained the treatment at the start and was so knowledgeable answering any questions. This is a gentle calm treatment and my body felt refreshed after. Slept sooo well! Thank you!

Fantastic sports massage. Ellen found knots and tight areas and soon relieved it all. I felt so much better in the gym the following day.
