Eliana made me feel extremely welcome as soon as I arrived. Gabrielle met me first, took my jacket and offered me a coffee straight away. I didn't have to wait, I was taken straight away. Eliana really listened to my wishes for my hair and advised me the best way to achieve that look. I was constantly kept informed about what was happening next. The salon was a lovely and friendly environment. All the staff were kind and friendly. Lastly I'm absolutely over the moon with my cut and colour. Eliana made my day by creating a hair cut that I adore and made me feel myself again. THANKS!
