Eleni is a delightful, wonderful soul ❤️ She takes real care explaining the session beforehand, easing any anxiety about the unknown. The breath and sound work check-in at the start and end felt so grounding and intentional. I've recently been in hospital on high-dose steroids, feeling super puffy. The lymphatic drainage facial and massage made a noticeable difference, and Eleni's sessions have helped me feel so much more at ease in my body as it heals.
