I saw Crystal today for a brow lamination/ tint, and she took great care of me! I’m happy with the work that she did, and I appreciated that she explained all the steps in detail before proceeding, ensuring I was comfortable/ happy. She’s also an incredibly sweet person. Thank you again Crystal 💝

It was my first time getting lash extensions, so I didn't know what to expect. Crystal made the experience relaxing and took good care of my needs (e.g. when my eyes became watery). She is caring and professional. My lashes look beautiful. I have received many compliments. I will have lashes done again at LLBA.
