I was putting the booking off as I wasn't sure how I will feel about it, the place, the service and the staff but when I had the full body and head massage by Charley, it was so lush! As soon as I stepped in the salon, I immediately felt the calm ambience. It was quiet, very clean although some renovations were being done but it didn't change the vibes at all, it also smell nice. Charley is kind, approachable, gentle, calm and very knowledgeable. She made my first visit, which is not going to be the last, the most relaxing and enjoyable experience ever! The Japanese head spa was amazing,so relaxing. So many different products were put in my hair and it now feels supersoft. Thanks so much for a wonderful experience Charli , I will definitely recommend it to friends and hope to book in again sometime .
