I came in with a last minute appointment, so we agreed to only do removal of the gel. However after removal nails were too thin and bendy, no transparent gel was left to protect the nails. This would be suitable for a hand gel manicure but not when only removal was confirmed. Hope the technician can adjust their work procedure base on different customer’s case and nail condition next time

Super appreciate the attention both my nail specialists pay to trimming my cuticles and nails and making each session a pleasant and pain-free one! 😊

She was very nice and patient with me. Allowing me to take my time to decide between colours and designs. Always checked in with me too! Thanks Bibi!
