This is my second time having my haircut with Alph. He worked very hard with me to help get the length and volume I wanted from my inspo pic. It was nice seeing the before and after video to see what a difference he made. All the products used on my hair smelled very good and didn’t feel sticky or heavy.

Alph was absolutely fantastic! Very friendly and cut my hair with a lot of precision. Knew just by looking at me and a picture of a previous style what would look good and the texture he gave me is crazy! Can’t recommend this place enough. They were also very kind when I had a wave of nausea and dizziness come over me to make sure I had water and a snack and were very patient. Awesome place to go and will be returning!

I come all the way down to flushing from westchester to see Alph. It’s been 3 years so far. Alph always takes his time when he gives me a cut. You can tell he invests in his tools and his technique. He always makes sure I feel fresh and sexy with my new hair. Thanks Alph!

I came here to get a haircut and it turned out better than I expected. Alph was friendly and attentive to my needs. He was patient and helped me with the type of cut to get since I didn’t know what I really wanted. I left satisfied and I’ll be coming back in the future.

I had an amazing experience at Decode Salon⁠! I recently got a keratin treatment done by Q, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. My hair looks and feels incredible, so smooth, shiny, and healthy. Q was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was done perfectly. The entire staff was welcoming, and the salon had a great atmosphere. I absolutely love my hair and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend Q and Decode Salon! ✨💇‍♀️
