Had 3 treatments today with Ashton, started with the Deep Exhale, then had a Facial followed by Aromatherapy Back Massage. Really recommend having the Deep Exhale before treatments as it put me in a really relaxed state from the get go. Came out feeling fabulous. Thank you Ashton 💖

Another incredible experience today. Skin and body reset was just what I needed to fight off the holiday blues. Thank you Ashton!! My hubby loved his Swedish massage with Vicki, he was so relaxed afterwards and is definitely looking forward to the next one 😊

My first time with Ashton for a Deep Exhale/Autumn Exhale combo 1.5hrs of bliss! Id definitely recommend adding the Deep Exhale to any relaxing treatment, it really sets the scene , relaxes the body and mind and the heated bed/weighted blanket combo is a winner. The guided breathing and meditation enables you to sync with your therapist and makes everything from there on in intuitive and flowing. Absolutely took the edge off my anxiety that's been tickling my brain for no apparent reason and calmed my ADHD brain from scooting off on a sidequest.Ashton is a GREAT addition to the team. Thankyou
