At Scruffs, the experience is tailored for children, making haircuts enjoyable rather than stressful. The first haircut package is particularly popular, with many parents noting how the barber creates a welcoming atmosphere filled with fun elements like car-shaped seats and treats. Clients appreciate the patience and attentiveness of the staff, who ensure that even the most apprehensive little ones feel comfortable throughout their appointment.

Another great experience with Jenny. Such a lovely, welcoming space and she always makes my kids and I feel at ease. Jenny shows patience and understanding while providing fun (and biscuits!) to our appointments.

This was our little boys first time with Jenny. He had had his first haircut at another kids hairdresser and was traumatised. Jenny has been so patient with our boy and even when he’s been upset she is still able to do such a good hair cut on him. Thank you so much Jenny! It’s been four months since his first cut here now and today was the first day he hasn’t cried and really enjoyed the experience!

Thank you so much Suzy, for cutting my little boys hair yesterday. It looks lovely, and you were so kind and caring towards him, when he was getting distressed. Suzy is excellent at what she does. I was dreading taking my little boy, but that's the best hes been. Thank you again xx
