Mark is a fabulous massage therapist. I did his hour long deep tissue for some serious knots and sports injuries. He is super passionate about the body and his anatomical knowledge and PT experience was just what I was looking for as he knew exactly what to work on and talked me through each new part of the session. Fabulous knowledge, really got into the muscles and has definitely released a lot of pain from my lower back, which was caused by my glutes . My back feels brand new .
