I recently had micro-bond hair extensions fitted by Leo and couldn’t be happier with the result. Leo took great care to choose the right amount of hair and blend it beautifully. The extensions look incredibly natural, feel comfortable and have given me so much more confidence. Leo was professional, knowledgeable and reassuring throughout the whole process. The attention to detail was exceptional, and I would highly recommend her to anyone considering hair extensions. Thank you, Leo!

The staff were welcoming and friendly and discussed my needs. Unfortunately, the style did not hold and the curls dropped out. It was very flat within two hours of leaving the salon.

For clarity, you booked the appointment directly through our online system with Charlie, who is clearly identified as a junior stylist. Her reduced price reflects her current level of experience, and each team member’s level and price are shown before the booking is confirmed. As our senior stylist was unavailable, Charlie was the only available option at that time, and you chose to proceed with the appointment. We are always honest and transparent about this. For future appointments, if you would prefer someone with more experience, please book with a senior stylist or wait for their next availability.
