Still had lots of hairs left and have bruises. Was told my hair is too fine in places so didn't end up having the full body wax that I paid for. Will not go back

thank you for your feedback. I have already issued you a £35 refund for the areas that could not be treated. Fair skin bruises very easily and this is a known reaction that is not related to technique. Unfortunately wax is also unable to grip very fine, fair hair effectively. I always act in my clients' best interest in your hair removal journey
