Charlotte made me feel really relaxed and chilled, I usually hate having my hair cut due to sensory issues but she was very alert when I was uncomfortable and made sure I was comfortable throughout. Excellent service, really listened to what I wanted and had an excellent sense of humour throughout the appointment. Will deffo be booking again !

Demi was very friendly and I got the hairstyle as I wanted. I also got necessary help on hair maintenance. Jake was helpful prior to the appointment with consultation on hair color. My hair looked and felt lovely. And I am very satisfied
