I booked the experience for my wife, and to quote her verbatim, “Lucy was a dream! One hour with her was perfect and I’d absolutely do it again.” Now I’m both jealous and happy for her. 😂

Lucy was fabulous, explained carefully what she would do, products were lovely and room warm and comfortable - we both felt we were very well cared for in our chosen treatments. I think the Bailiffgate would be well placed to have an actual spa within the hotel, the only thing lacking. But overall, wonderful!!
