We had such a wonderful experience at the salon. Thulie was warm, friendly, and very gentle throughout the appointment. She took both myself and Amy through each step of the process, clearly explaining what she was doing and making us feel comfortable. She also shared helpful hair care tips along the way, which I really appreciated. We were both very happy with the service and would definitely recommend her.
