I had such a lovely experience with Alina, she was so kind and understanding after I told her about the horrible experience I’d had with someone else cutting my hair so badly. She took her time, listened to exactly what I wanted, and made sure I was completely happy with the end result which, of course, I was! 🥰 My hair looks and feels so much better, and I finally feel like myself again. Thank you so much for the lovely chat and, most importantly, for my beautiful new haircut! ❤️
