Our Standard Sauna fits 1 comfortably but can accommodate 2. Bring a friend for $15 (pay on arrival).

Please bring a large towel to sit on (or two if you plan to shower), a water bottle, and a change of clothes. Towels are available to hire for $3, and we have a filtered water tap on-site.

Immerse yourself in our 7°C ice bath for 2 to 5 minutes per session — enough to invigorate and refresh.

Important: Our ice bath room does not have a shower. If you’re booking an ice bath along with an infrared sauna, please book the sauna session first, then the ice bath.

If you’re taking an ice bath after your sauna, please shower after your sauna session and bring all your belongings with you before entering the ice bath room. Swimwear is required.

Cold Therapy activates the body's natural healing abilities and helps promote better health and overall well-being. 

Stay immersed in our 7 degrees Celsius ice bath for about two to five minutes per person

*Note* Our ice bath room does not have a shower. When booking with an infrared sauna, select the infrared sauna first THEN the ice bath.

If you are having an ice bath after your sauna session, you must shower after your infrared sauna session and take all your belongings with you before going in the ice bath room. Swimwear must be worn. We have towels available to hire for $3 and a filtered water tap to fill up your reusable bottle.
