Clean Lashes- Please arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes. While a lash bath will be provided before your service, clean lashes helps save time and ensures immaculate retention. 

Consent Form- If this is your first appointment with us, you are required to complete an eyelash consent form before your service. A link to the form will be provided after deposit is secured. Please note your appointment cannot proceed without completion.

Late Arrival -You have a 30-minute grace period to arrive for your appointment. After 30 minutes, your appointment will be canceled and your non-refundable booking fee will be forfeited.

Cancellations and No Shows- Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will forfeit the booking fee. Repeated no-shows will require full payment upfront.

Refills- Refills are recommended within 3 weeks of your last set. After 3 weeks, or if over 50% of lashes are missing, the appointment will be treated as a new full set. 

Lash Appointment Policies Overview 

DEPOSIT - A non-refundable fee of $2,000 JMD or $15 USD is required within 24 hours of booking. This fee goes toward your total service cost and helps prevent cancellations and no-shows. Appointments without a paid fee within 24 hours will be canceled.
