Sophie was incredibly welcoming and has a warm, gentle energy which makes you feel instantly calm and comfortable. The massage and supported yoga was very relaxing, but I could feel it working in the areas I had tightness/aches. I can already feel the difference!

Ayurvedic Yoga Massage is a unique and deeply therapeutic full-body treatment that masterfully blends traditional Ayurvedic principles with assisted yoga postures and invigorating massage techniques. The treatment is performed on the floor which gives therapists much more space to work deeply using more body weight. elbows, knees and feet are also used to get the best results from the treatment. 

Oil is applied for the deep tissue massage, with Vacha Powder which facilitates detoxification and exfoliation, leaving the skin moisturised and glowing.  These oil and powder not only nourishes the skin but also penetrate deeply, helping to release toxins, soothe the nervous system, and promote circulation.

The beauty of Ayurvedic Yoga Massage is the seamless integration of assisted yoga stretches. The practitioner will gently guide your limbs and body into various yoga postures, helping to lengthen muscles, improve flexibility, release joint stiffness, and promote deeper breathing.
