IPL treats Pigmentation by targeting the pigment within the  skin to break it up.

IPL causes Skin Rejuvenation by stimulating the Fibroblast cells to produce more collagen. This helps to improve wrinkles and elasticity as well as contributing to the production of hyaluronic acid which is a substance that keeps skin hydrated and contributes to a youthful appearance.
