Thai foot massage works on a similar principle to reflexology. However reflexology is just performed on the feet and Thai foot massage incorporates the lower leg as well as the feet. It involves hands on massage to open up 'Sen' energy lines, stimulate internal organs encouraging the mind and body to balance as well as increasing blood circulation and lymphatic flow activating the bodys natural healing process by boosting the immune system. This treatment is also great for stress relief as it promotes relaxation and can also help with poor sleep and headaches.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a skin therapy that stimulates the flow of lymph in the lymphatic vessels to eliminate waste products and to boost your body’s defences.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is unlike regular massage and uses specialised, light, rhythmic pumping techniques on the skin, in a methodical pattern, in order to stimulate the nodes and encourage lymph to move in the right direction. This stimulates the lymphatic vessels, which carry substances vital to the defence of the body and remove waste products.

MLD, though light in its application, has a very profound effect on the body and, for this reason, is used to help to treat a variety of conditions.
