Deep Tissue Massage

Traditionally called ‘Bu Huo Guan’. 
Cupping therapy is a gentle myofascial release techniques designed to help ease tissue restriction and pain, support mobilisation and release. Whether you are athlete or not, you get a lot of benefits from cupping therapy. This massage technique uses noninvasive suctioning cups followed by gliding massage along the muscles and trigger points. Cupping therapy improves circulation. Increases lymphatic drainage. Causes certain neurotransmitters release (enkephalin, painkillers) and reduces pain. Enhances Mobility. Alleviates the stiffness and viscoelasticity of tissue. Has Neurological effect by desensitising irritable nerves and pain control. 
Cupping creates area of ischemia and localised vasodilation due to suction. 
Cupping can be applied passive or active (with movement) or assisted. 
This treatment is unclothed.

Cupping Mayofascial Therapy 

This approach works with the body as a whole. not just the muscles. Trauma can become stored in our fascia, nervous system, and cellular memory, often showing up as chronic tension, pain, or emotional heaviness. This session uses combination of techniques: Body mapping and Muscle Testing. Somatic Awareness. Breathwork. Hands on Fascia Release. 
Rather than forcing change, the focus is on creating safety, presence, and gentle release allowing the body to let go of what it has been holding onto, often for years.

This is a practice for deeper healing, balance, and inner freedom.

Trauma Release Bodywork (Kinesiology) 

Acupressure is an alternative Chinese medicine technique, similar to acupuncture, that involves applying pressure to specific points on the body to relieve various symptoms and promote healing. I may use fingers, palms, elbows to press on this pressure points. 
This remedy is based on the concept of Qi (or life energy) flowing through meridians, and applying pressure to these points is thought to stimulate the body's natural healing process. 

This treatment includes pressure points then into a massage to help further relax the body. Can be done on targeted problem areas to help promote muscle repair.

I offer fascia release massage, also known as myofascial release (MFR), as a highly therapeutic treatment which uses gentle, sustained pressure combined with guided breathwork to stretch and release restrictions deep in the fascia, a connective tissue web that surrounds muscles, organs, and nerves. And makes us whole. This technique not only aims to alleviate pain, improve flexibility, increase joint mobility, and restore the body's natural function but also fascia contains the nerve endings and directly to our emotions and Nervous System state and traumas. Choose this treatment if you are looking for a shift physically and emotionally. Fascia is physical gateway to emotional healing. 
You are going to be guided through whole session and you can share anything comes up to process. 

Myofascial Release Massage
