I was a little annoyed that the promotional price I was told on IG was NOT what I ended up paying. When I went to pay, I was told it costs $50 more because she added a gloss (?) but I was never told ahead of time that it would be an extra cost. I do love my hair but I left a smaller tip because the total cost wasn’t what I was told. Also, the manicure and pedicure were VERY expensive compared to what I usually pay in downtown LA. $150 for a very basic pedicure and basic manicure with hard nail polish and no massage?! In total, I ended up spending $100 more than I had expected. Disappointed. 

Nagima was absolutely amazing and so sweet! The front desk receptionist was incredibly attentive with me. In all my years, I have never received a haircut this amazing, it truly exceeded my expectations. Every detail, every touch, was perfect. It was worth every penny! I will definitely come back.
