Relaxation pregnancy massage is designed to help pregnant women relax and unwind. This type of massage aims to reduce stress and anxiety and promote relaxation. Myofascial Cupping creates a negative (tension) pressure which:

- Passively stretches tissue resulting in increased ROM
- Increases blood supply/heat to area treated
- Increases fluid movement which assists in recovery (ie. decreased edema)
-Increases nutrient-rich blood supply to injured area

During the session, we'll guide you through intentional and rhythmic breathing exercises. These techniques are carefully chosen to help you connect with your breath, encourage a state of deep relaxation, and facilitate a journey inward.

As you engage in these breathing practices, you can expect a range of potential benefits. Many participants report reduced stress and anxiety, improved mental clarity, and a heightened sense of self-awareness. Breathwork can also serve as a powerful tool for emotional release and healing.

The session will consist of an initial grounding and centering phase, followed by the main breathwork practice. We'll create a supportive environment for you to explore and express any emotions that may arise. Towards the end, there will be time for integration and reflection.
