I would highly recommend Thera Key.  My appointment was delivered with professionalism throughout.  Everything was explained and any relevant details gathered.  The treatment was relaxing but thorough. Laura explained how I might feel following the treatment and she advised me to drink plenty of water and avoid any heavy meals.  One of the reasons I consulted Laura over was difficulty sleeping, after returning home, and drinking plenty of water, I slept for the whole afternoon and awoke feeling relaxed and refreshed, and can't thank Laura enough.

Indian head massage specifically targets muscles, tendons and ligaments in the upper back, shoulders, arms, hands, neck, face and scalp to relieve stress, anxiety and tension improving mood, and to improve sleep by increasing feelings of deep relaxation. Pressure points on the face and scalp will also be stimulated during your treatment.
During the session you will be taken through a consultation (please allow extra time at your first session). The therapist will ask you to roll up sleeves above the elbow and you will be given a pillow to rest your arms on. Another pillow will be used to relax your head onto further into the treatment. Oils are optional and can be a great addition to the treatment.

Indian Head Massage

A treatment specifically targeting your legs and feet to relax and refresh tired and tense muscles. Perfect for anyone with lower leg tension or pain such as shin splints, poor circulation, or reduced range of movement.
Using various techniques the massage therapist will manipulate the skin, muscles, tendons and ligaments at increasing depths of pressure to provide a deeply restorative treatment that can increase circulation and improve sleep.
During the session you will be taken through a consultation (please allow extra time at your first session). The therapist will then leave the room for you to remove bottoms (always keep underwear on), and will leave towels for you to cover your body when on the massage couch. The therapist will return when you are on the couch, straighten towels so you are fully covered, make sure you are comfortable, and start the treatment. 

Leg & Foot massage

Similar to reflexology, Thai foot massage is a form of acupressure used on the top and bottom of the feet to enhance overall well-being by restoring the flow of energy around the body. 
Thai foot massage is great for improving circulation to the legs and feet, stimulating the lymphatic system to reduce swelling, reduce stiffness and improve flexibility and balance, and increase foot sensation. 
During the session you will be taken through a consultation (please allow extra time at your first session). The therapist will ask you to remove shoes and socks then get comfortable on the massage couch, there will be a pillow for your head and bolsters to go under your knees and ankles. Then your feet and legs will be refreshed with hot towels, relaxed and revived by massaging in oil, cream or wax, followed by pressure points being stimulated at different depths using a Thai stick.

Thai Foot Massage

A treatment specifically targeting your back, neck and shoulders to relax and refresh tired and tense muscles. Perfect for those with back or neck pain, who may sit at a desk all day, have poor posture, or have jaw tension and headaches.
Using various techniques the massage therapist will manipulate the skin, muscles, tendons and ligaments at increasing depths of pressure to provide a deeply restorative treatment that can increase circulation and improve sleep.
During the session you will be taken through a consultation (please allow extra time at your first session). The therapist will then leave the room for you to remove tops and bras, and will leave towels for you to cover your body when on the massage couch. The therapist will return when you are on the couch, straighten towels so you are fully covered, make sure you are comfortable, and start the treatment. 

Neck, Back & Shoulder Massage

A treatment designed to your specific needs, whether that is tight calves/hamstrings, back tension, or to de-stress, we’ll discuss your aims and target precise areas to relax and refresh tired and tense muscles. 
Using various techniques the massage therapist will manipulate the skin, muscles, tendons and ligaments at increasing depths of pressure to provide a deeply restorative treatment that can increase circulation and improve sleep.
Massage can take place on the back, legs, feet, abdomen, arms, hands, chest, shoulders, neck, face and scalp. 
During the session you will be taken through a consultation (please allow extra time at your first session). The therapist will then leave the room for you to remove relevant clothing as required for your treatment, and will leave towels for you to cover your body when on the massage couch. The therapist will return when you are on the couch, straighten towels so you are fully covered, make sure you are comfortable, and start the treatment. 

Body massage

Reflexology is a form of acupressure based on the theory that the whole body is mapped onto the feet and hands. By applying pressure to specific areas on the feet or hands, reflexology can promote deep relaxation, reduce stress, and optimise the body’s own healing ability. 
During the session you will be taken through a consultation (please allow extra time at your first session). The therapist will ask you to remove shoes and socks or roll up sleeves above the elbow. For feet you will be asked to get comfortable on the massage couch, there will be a pillow for your head and bolsters to go under your knees and ankles. For hands you will be given a pillow to rest your arms on. Then your feet or hands will be refreshed with hot towels, relaxed using oil, cream or wax, followed by reflex points being pressed to stimulate the energy flow through the body.
