Holistic Massage

Deep tissue massage involves applying firm pressure and slow strokes to reach deeper layers of muscle and fascia. It's used for chronic aches and pains and contracted areas such as stiff neck and upper back, lower back pain, leg muscle tightness and sore shoulders.

Hopi Ear Candling is a pleasant and non-invasive treatment of the ears that may help to alleviate symptoms of headache, blocked ears and sinuses, sleeping problems, stress, and balance ear pressure before or after flying. The treatment is completed with a gentle drainage face massage or head, neck & shoulder massage. 

The treatment time can be 20 min or 40 mins with an added face massage or upper body massage.

After days of dancing, camping, and enjoying Latitude, Stretch Therapy helps you release tension, increase flexibility, and feel light and free again. Whether you’re recovering from dancing, managing tight muscles from camping, or simply looking to improve mobility, this therapeutic session restores your body’s natural movement. You stay fully dressed throughout the session, and the session takes place on a massage table.

What to Expect:

We flow in and out of stretches with varying intensity. It’s gentle, but the results are deep and effective. Throughout the session, we guide you through passive and active stretches to target specific areas of restriction, combining these with breathing and relaxation techniques to help release tension, particularly in the spine and ribcage. It’s the perfect way to recover, relax, and enjoy the rest of Latitude!

Assisted Stretch Therapy

Reiki is a type of energy healing that promotes the body’s natural healing abilities. It can encourage a person to let go of all tension and has a positive effect on illnesses and negative conditions. It promotes health and wellbeing, helps with pain management, encourages mental clarity, Can reduce anxiety, aids relaxation and improves sleep. It can also strengthen self-esteem and heightens self awareness and intuition.

Cupping is a therapeutic massage technique where special cups are placed on the skin to create suction. This suction helps increase blood flow, release muscle tension, and promote relaxation by lifting the skin and underlying tissue. 

Cupping

A treatment with crystal therapy will do one or a combination of the following:
- Clear blocked and negative energy - Balance and replace the negative energy with positive vibrations
- Promote strengthening and building of chakra energy
- Expand awareness and spiritual development.

Crystal Therapy

Reiki 

A deeply relaxing massage using beautifully sonorous, harmonic, and reassuringly weighted Himalayan Singing Bowls. The low frequency vibrations and resonance produced by them penetrate through all the physical layers down to a cellular level. The client remains fully clothed and only the bowls are in contact with the body. Initially, the bowls will be placed along the back and are then moved in slow, circular movements along the rest of the body including the arms, hips, legs, and feet to effectively "iron" away stress and tension.

A blend of Indian face massage, Japanese facial massage and Acupressure for the face to help uplift and brighten. 

Facial Massage

Lymphatic drainage massage encourages the drainage of lymph nodes and the movement of lymph fluids around the body. It can help relieve symptoms of lymphedema.

Lymphatic drainage massage

Myofascial Release works very deeply and powerfully despite applying a very gentle sustained pressure, skin on skin, into the connective tissue that envelops every muscle, bone and organ. 

It also helps break up adhesions (internal scar tissue) which can cause pain and restricted movement. It restores motion, releases and realigned the body and eases pain. 
It is a very gentle but potent way of working with the body and let your body release tensions in way it knows best. It will leave you feeling deeply relaxed, feeling lighter and more flexible.

It takes place comfortably lying on a couch, hands on skin, without any oil.

Myofascial Release (John Barnes)

Due to lots of people asking in previous years we have bought a special 20-minute express massage for teenagers. 

Please note that this massage will only be focused on the upper body or Indian head massage depending on the therapist doing the treatment. 

Parents give their consent upon booking for this treatment - if you prefer to stay with your child then this is possible as well. 

Teen Massage (ages 13-17)

A short pick-me-up massage focused on the legs - perfect for when you have been walking round the festival all day. Massage pressure to be determined with your therapist when you arrive.
