Another great treatment from Sarah. I had some general tightness in my legs and lower back but with massage and cupping therapy, this has eased off greatly. Sarah also noticed certain areas on my legs that would benefit from being stretched/warmed up using a foam roller so I shall definitely purchase one and do this.
