​﻿Our Signature light to medium pressure Holistic Massage incorporates aromatherapy oils to deliver increased relaxation, improved flexibility and reduced muscle tension. Your expert therapist will use a rejuvenating combination of slow Swedish strokes and targeted acupressure techniques to best address your specific needs. A combination of Aromatherapy and Swedish Massage tailored to you. Incorporating Bloom Remedies Serenity oil to promote deep relaxation (this can be swapped for our radiance body oil if you’re in need of energising!).

All facials include face, head, neck and shoulder massage.

Prescriptive Facial - 60 minutes

Our restorative Deep Tissue Massage relaxes the body, drains it of toxins and allows for the release of deeply held patterns of tension.
You don’t have to be an athlete to benefit from deep tissue massage. Focusing on the deeper layers of the muscle tissue, this allows your therapist to get to the root of your muscle aches and pains. It aims to relieve chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and very deep pressure on concentrated areas specific to your needs. The techniques used during this soothing treatment all help to increase blood and lymph flow, so muscles can once again operate at full capacity. Incorporating Blood Remedies Radiance body oil, with Ginger, Lemongrass, Bergamot and Lime to increase energy and ease muscular tension.

Deep Tissue Massage - 60 minutes

Hotel Meudons’ custom massage will leave you deeply relaxed and in a zone of zen, enhanced with hot stones and our Signature Bloom Remedies Serenity oil. 
Including a full body massage, incorporating the heat of stones, you’ll also receive a Cornish foot scrub and warm oil scalp treatment to provide true head-to-toe relaxation. The blend of Geranium, Ylang Ylang and Patchouli essential oils will promote deep relaxation and the reduction of nervous tension leaving you feeling the benefits of this truly calming treatment.

Signature Stone; Body Scalp and Foot Ritual

Focusing on those areas that need it most, this deeply relaxing treatment will work on areas of tension to relax and then revitalise. 
Concentrating on the scalp, neck and face using Bloom Remedies Serenity oil, this will promote deep relaxation and work on reducing tension held in the scalp, neck and face. An application of Nightly Replenish organic face oil will leave your face feeling renewed.
You’ll then have an invigorating foot scrub, removed with hot mitts and finished with the application of a revitalising Peppermint, Lemongrass and Cypress blend within Bloom Remedies foot and heel treatment balm, your feet will be stretched and soothed working out any areas of tension held, you’ll leave walking on air!

Scalp, neck, face and feet

This energising treatment starts with a skin smoothing body brush to help improve circulation and slough off dead skin cells, followed by a back of body scrub.
Once the scrub has been removed with warm mitts, you’ll receive a full body massage using Bloom Remedies Radiance body oil, with a unique blend of essential oils including Ginger, Lemongrass and Lime. These oils will help to increase energy, ease muscular tension and will leave you feeling refreshed and revitalised. 

Revitalising Body and Mind

A deeply relaxing treatment for those who hold tension in their shoulders and mind, focusing on acupressure points, a full back massage, working up to the neck and scalp helping to stimulate lymph. Using essential oils of Cedarwood, Geranium and Sweet orange to nourish the hair and scalp and calm the senses. This oil will help improve follicular strength and increase circulation of the scalp.

Scalp Therapy

After spending the day exploring the beautiful coastline, sit back and relax with a foot soak, Cornish scrub and foot and lower leg massage to relieve any aches and restore the body’s natural healing process. We’ll finish the treatment with our Bloom Remedies foot and heel treatment balm, to freshen and revive the feet.

Your therapist will use reflexology to help induce deep relaxation. By understanding how the body's organs respond to gentle pressure to the reflex points on the feet, our experts can use reflexology to stimulate the body’s natural healing processes. This is an especially nurturing treatment after a day’s travelling or walking.

Feel nurtured and supported in a time of constant change with our Pregnancy massage, using the healing benefits of our Bloom Remedies Mama Tum oil with rosehip to balance hormones, calm emotions and minimise stretchmarks. Using techniques designed to improve lymphatic drainage and help reduce swelling and discomfort with the help of Frankincense, Vetiver and Lavender.
Choose 90 minutes to include a relaxing and rejuvenating full scalp and facial massage. Suitable from the second trimester.

45 minute Gua Sha Facial

Give your face a work out with this Gua Sha incorporated Facial. 
Gua Sha will work on the 12 major meridian lines in your face. Triggering the healing mechanism of your skin to stimulate collagen and elastin to lift, the smooth jade stone will plump and sculpt; leaving you with a radiant glow. 
Whilst using the Gua Sha we’ll use our Bloom Remedies Replenishing or Reviving oil to suit, incorporating Frankincense, Rose, Evening Primrose and Jojoba for mature skin or Camellia seed, Neroli and Geranium for all other skin types.
Focusing on anti-aging, lifting and sculpting the face, you’ll leave feeling the effects of this facial work out.
