Cupping is a form of ancient holistic therapy where special cups are placed on the skin to create suction. It draws the skin and underlying tissue into the cup to improve circulation, release tension, and promote healing. Cupping can be dry (suction only) or wet (involving small skin pricks and suction, typically done by licensed medical professionals).

The therapy originates from Traditional Chinese Medicine, but it’s also been used in ancient Egyptian and Middle Eastern cultures.

⚠️ Things to Note:
	•	Marks can last 3 to 7 days
	•	Should be avoided over open wounds, veins, or broken skin
	•	Not recommended for people with bleeding disorders, severe anemia, or pregnancy (unless supervised)

Wood therapy is a massage technique that uses a collection of specialized wooden tools. Practitioners of wood therapy claim it has positive effects, such as improving blood and lymph circulation and reducing cellulite.

The recommended treatment protocol is 2-3 times per week 5-6 sessions to see optimal results.
