Back, Neck & Shoulder Massage

Extremely relaxing treatment which involves working the feet with massage and pressure from fingertips. Not painful, in fact most clients have fallen asleep during a treatment.
Benefits include improved sleep, deep relaxation, improved circulation, removal of toxins from the body, lower blood pressure and helps to relieve pain and inflammation in some cases.

Foot Reflexology

Following a consultation with you, the essential oils are blended with the carrier oils to be used in your massage.  You’ll then lay down and relax with some guided meditation (breathing and visualisation), before your massage begins (this is an option you can opt out of if you wish).  The full body massage will concentrate on all areas of your back, legs, arms, shoulders, face and head.  This will encourage lymphatic drainage and also uses acupressure techniques. This may not be suitable for all if you have certain health conditions. We are trained in the safe use of essential oils, however if you are unsure check with your GP or consultant before booking or give us a call.

Aromatherapy  Full Body Massage 

Feeling super tense? Sometimes a full body massage for 1 hour isn't quite enough to address specific areas where more tension has built up such as backs or legs so by request, I have set up this option to allow more time for focus on problem areas.... Or you could just choose this 90 minute treatment because you simply want to relax for longer!

Swedish therapeutic massage. Modesty kept at all times. Legs, arms, decolletage and back are the areas worked on. Generally grapeseed oil is used which is amazing but other base oils can be used on request.

Full Body Massage (Arms, Legs, Decolletage and Back)

A thorough, relaxing, yet stimulating back and neck massage from the comfort of a specialist massage chair that supports your body weight and promotes deep relaxation. Ideal for clients that find it uncomfortable to lie down on the therapy couch. 35 Minute treatment. Please note the treatment will be an additional 10 minutes to go through the initial consultation.
This massage can also be done fully clothed.

Seated Back and Neck Massage

Back Massage

A body scrub to the back of the legs and buttocks to improve surface texture and then Swedish massage of the legs and buttocks that uses techniques and essential oils to assist the dispersal of cellulite.

Cellulite Reduction Massage

Specialised massage for ladies post 14 weeks of pregnancy with low risk. If high risk consent from consultant would be required before a treatment could be offered.

30 Minute Stress Buster Reflexology

This is the technique taught (in person) by the renowned Ziggie Bergman (winner of the Excellence Award for Innovation in modern Facial Reflexology).

An extremely relaxing facial treatment involving application of the fingers to the relevant reflex points in the face.
Extremely soothing and effective.

Additional aromatherapy oils can be incorporated specific to clients' needs. (Pricing option 2.) This can be particularly beneficial for general treatment of anxiety/depression and /or for skin conditions.

This treatment will be carried out in the treatment room.



Facial Reflexology

All bells and whistles for this pampering treatment with a luxurious foot soak followed by a guided meditation that will remove you from your daily worries and struggles into a peaceful safe place within your mind and to top it off an amazing foot reflexology treatment with bespoke blended reflexology wax including therapeutic essential oils that will re-balance you body and mind as well as achieving a deep state of relaxation.

VIP Reflexology with meditation

Consultation, a luxurious foot soak using dead sea salts or Epsom salts (depending on the requirement) and a blend of essential oils tailored to you, surrounded by relaxing and soothing sounds, sights and aromas, then a fluffy towel to dry those relaxed, super clean feet and one hour of amazing, relaxing reflexology using a bespoke blended reflexology wax with therapeutic essential oils.

Aromatherapy Back and Neck Massage

We will blend essential oils specifically to your needs at the beginning of the treatment for a massage that will include face, decolletage (neck and shoulders) and scalp massage. This includes cleanse, tone, hot towel and oil massage as well as cold stones placement to reduce puffiness and lighten the eye area.

Note! Because the massage around the neck and shoulders will need to be bare, please be prepared to remove your top (you will be covered with a towel/blanket) or wear something with straps that can go down the arms.
