Hi Ms Gifty, thanks for your visit and for your feedback! As your therapist explained to you, extractions can only be done on blackheads that are “ready”  and are close to the surface of the skin. Trying to extract blackheads that are not ready will damage your skin barrier, and we will not want to cause such damage, hence we recommend a consistent daily routine & regular facials for clogged skin. We will be happy to give you a discount on your next facial as we work with you on the journey to unclog your pores and leave you with even more beautiful skin ❤️

Not much extraction was made..there’s 90 percent of blackheads still on my face. It’s more or less like I came to get my face washed, scrubbed and masked,which I could have done at home. 

This is a Hollywood wax done with sugar wax. 

It leaves you with no hair, nothing, nada, zip, zero…be prepared to take your knickers off, and don't be embarrassed to get into some yoga-esque poses so your beautician can get everywhere!

A good option if you want to keep things on the natural side, but prefer a little more definition.

Hair is removed from anywhere outside of a modest knicker line - so around the tops of thighs, along with any hair that peeks out above your underwear.

Most of the hair is taken from around the front and sides, but hairs in the middle (labia/lips) and around the back are left alone.
