Spinal Touch Fusion with Reflexology or Reiki

Please note that this is not a Massage.

Spinal Touch is a Light Touch treatment to realign any postural distortions from mis-alignments in the bodies centre of gravity.  A postural analysis will be carried out and then via a light touch from the sacrum to neck the treatment will be carried out. 

A minimum of 3 sessions are recommended.

Receive an online session from the comfort of your home. 

You’ll need to setup your space so that you are laying down on either a yoga mat or on your bed with your camera setup so that your full body is visible laying down. 
Dress comfortably. There will be a consultation before we commence the session and please avoid any chores or rushing back to work afterwards incase you need to integrate, journal and rest.
