Reiki is a form of energy healing - It is used to balance the chakras and may help to lower stress, promote relaxation and reduce pain. This is a full body treatment. You will lie fully clothed on the couch, and the treatment is hands off apart from some light touch to the head, arms, legs and feet.

All your organs and systems are mirrored on foot 'maps'. The pressure and massage techniques from Reflexology stimulate the movement of energy to relieve blockages in the body's systems and organs. Energy blockages are usually caused by disease, illness, stress or injury. A single reflexology treatment treats the whole body and can alleviate stress, bring a state of relaxation and encourage healing. 

The treatment involves a foot scrub, hot towels, relaxing massage techniques and applying varying amounts of pressure to both the bottoms and tops of the feet. After the session I will discuss with you any findings in the treatment.

Reflexology

Aromareflex combines the power of essential oils and Reflexology together.  We will blend chosen oils with lotion or wax chosen just for you . It is an extremely relaxing and nurturing experience. 

Aromareflex uses a carefully selected range of oils that are safe to use but also extremely beneficial. You will have your blend applied throughout your treatment.  This treatment is longer than a regular reflexology session as it also incorporates advanced massage techniques. You will be given your 15ml blend pot to take home so that you can maximise the benefits of your session.  


 AromaReflex

For some people falling pregnant can be very easy but sometimes our bodies just need to create that perfect environment. What we eat, our fluctuating hormones and how much sleep we get all affect whether we fall pregnant. Pre Conception reflexology can be used for the 3 months prior to trying for a baby, or IVF  to establish optimum body ecology and once a month pre ovulation to help the body relax and balance. I can also offer lifestyle suggestions. We will work all reflexes during the session but pay particular attention to the Pituitary gland, ovaries, uterus , liver and colon - all areas that should be balanced to ensure our bodies systems are working in harmony.

Pre - Conception Reflexology

Pregnancy Reflexology is suitable for those over 14 weeks - it may help if you are suffering from certain ailments such as indigestion, SPD or maybe struggling to sleep. It's very safe and a relaxing treatment is beneficial to both mum and baby.  After 37 weeks Pregnancy Reflexology can aid you in having a shorter and hopefully natural labour. Pregnancy Reflexology

The Bergman method of Facial Reflexology has been developed for over 20 years and is the only reflexology facial to use zone theory. 

Facial reflexology is one of the most relaxing treatments I offer . We begin with a cleanse, massage and hot mitts to prepare the skin before oil is applied and the treatment carried out on all the facial reflex points . 
The unique benefit of Facial Reflexology is that not only does it aim to help  improve health and wellbeing, it also can help you look younger and have a healthy glow. It can help with certain conditions such as   migraines, bruxism, bells palsy and sinus conditions.
This treatment lasts about 45 minutes. 

Facial Reflexology 

Add Hot Stones to your Reflexology treatment for deeper healing and warmth.
The stones will be used for massage and for certain reflex points where it is beneficial for deeper work, depending on your needs.
