A group session to soothe your nervous system.

Practices that return you to your body, your mind & your wellness, mentally, emotionally and physically.

Each session will include your chance to do all or your pick of Sauna, Cold Plunge & Compression Boots, plus a therapist section.

Each week we will have varying experiences, Breath Work, Meditation, Yoga, Sound Healing, Hooping, Life Coaching, Tremor Release, Anger Release etc.
