Refresh is upkeep of the tone, with a few pieces put through to brighten a root area from a previous balayage less than 8 weeks old.
Please select full balayage if you are requiring a root tint or a significant lighten or colour change. If you book for a refresh but it’s been longer than 8 weeks we will automatically change your app to a full. 
Full balayage is lightening through out of regrowth that is more than 8 weeks, inclusive of root tinting/shadows (if needed) and toning. When leaving your hair later than 8 weeks the hair keratinises making it harder to lighten the longer it’s left, which is why we need more time and product to complete this!

Highlighting is a technique used for a more natural effect. Foiled throughout the hair, with option of highlights and lowlights or both. Toners are included. If you have dark or box coloured hair, book a consultation first so establish if highlights are the correct service to proceed. (please note, longer hair will increase price) please add on a root shadow if you require.

When selecting root tint, this is when you require only your new roots to be covered, please note if you’ve booked for this you will only have your roots coloured. Refreshing the ends is an all over colour, so if you fancy your ends being brightened or you’ve had significant fading. Please select all over colour. 
Please be honest with your regrowth for accurate pricing as you may be charged more or have your service cancelled if there’s not enough time.

Deposits are required to secure fitting booking. This is the total cost of the hair, we do not book extensions fittings without payment for hair upfront.

Adults are required to stay the whole duration of appointment. This is for ages between 1-10 years. 11+ please select from our main cut section.
Please help your littles settle into their appointments well and stress free, by making sure knots and tangles are removed before coming in. This makes the appointment run more smoothly, more positive for nervous children, therefor making their experience calmer and happier and wanting to come back! We can do the rest! Once they like us they’ll trust us to help with any knots and tangles. We’ve got special brushes!

Glamdry

If you need a little help with polishing off your look, or your still trying to master those loose waves, pop in to us with washed and dried hair and we will finish off the look for you! This does not include up styling, please select Occasion stylist if you wish for an up-do!

Glam Style (No Washing Just Styling, Waves, Curls, Straightened)

Please note colourful braids have to be braided quite tight to last a couple of days, may not be suitable for clients that have hair above shoulders and or sensitive scalps. 
Festival, Wedding guest, a grand ball, or you just fancy being extra, we have a team of talented stylists to help your feel glam on that occasion. please arrive with hair freshly washed and dried this is not included, if you require washing please select wash and glam dry aswell as your up styling choice.

Please note the price for bridal is for trials in salon. prices on the day vary and will be quoted depending on location, dates and stylist.
 You get 1.5 hour trial if you would like longer or more styles tried please book two, prices reflect the chance to try more than one style in the 1.5 hour time frame. If you know what you want and only require one hour price will be less. Please ring us or book a consultation if you’re unsure.

Toner is a refresh of a toner you may have had when you visited us last time. Toning can only be done on prelightened hair previously done by us. Or if you are new after a thorough consultation and you have been advised to do so by your stylist.  To keep colour fresh toning is recommended every 4-5 weeks, the longevity of a toner is dependant on your hair condition and how you maintain at home, this can be anything between 1-3 weeks.

Please note scalp bleaches are only performed if the stylist thinks it’s appropriate and you’ll adhere to aftercare and regular touch ups. 
Changing from highlights to scalp bleach is a process and will require several lightening sessions before you can have a scalp bleach. This is to prevent banding and breakage. 
Anything over 12 weeks of growth is charged at a higher price and may need to be over 2 sessions.

Please always come to your appointment with freshly washed hair, we do not wash your hair with a weft refit. Unless you select extension wash and blowdry as an additional service.
We only fit hair bought outside the salon if they are from  professional and reputable companies.
