If you wish to cancel your appointment date you can contact us 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. You will be allowed to rebook and the deposit will be credited towards your next appointment.

Same day cancellations will not be credited towards future appointment or be refunded

A non-refundable/transferable deposit of $25 is required to secure all appointments and must be paid within 48 hours of booking your appointment. Failure to process your deposit the appointment will automatically cancelled.

Off days are scheduled days that lash technician is not available for appointments. These days allow the me to rest, maintain quality service, and manage personal time. 
Clients who wish to book on these days can book via WhatsApp

A bank holiday fee is an additional charge applied to appointments booked on public or bank holidays. This allows clients to book services on holidays while compensating the technician for working outside regular business days.

A before or after hours fee is an additional charge applied to appointments scheduled outside of regular business hours (8am -6pm). This allows clients to book early morning or late evening sessions while compensating the technician for extended availability.
