Sessions are designed to support your nervous system. Reiki promotes deep relaxation, reduces stress, and can assist with emotional release, pain relief, and overall well-being. Each session is unique, as Reiki works intuitively, giving you exactly what you need at that moment—whether it’s physical healing, emotional clarity, or spiritual alignment.

60 Minute Reiki Session

Does your home feel flat, stagnant, or just “off”?  Over time, negative energies can accumulate, affecting not only your home’s atmosphere but also your personal energy. Your space should feel warm, inviting, and peaceful—a sanctuary where you can truly relax and be yourself. If you feel like your home's energy could use a refresh, I’m here to help!

What can you expect when you hire me to clear your home?
We’ll start with a conversation to ensure I'm the right fit for your needs. Then, I'll visit your home to clear out any old, stagnant energy or lower vibrations that may be lingering. 
I focus on clearing what no longer serves you.
I always work very grounded and with non-judgment, respecting the energy that needs clearing. I won’t focus on the story of who or what is there, as this can sometimes lead to the energy returning. I don’t leave an empty space. We’ll discuss the positive energies you'd like to bring in, such as love, light, peace, and tranquillity, and positive vibes.

Discovery Call

It involves healing past traumas and understanding how your past experiences have shaped beliefs and behaviors that may no longer be beneficial. Recognizing how these beliefs were formed and realizing you no longer need to adhere to them can be profoundly transformative.

Transformational coaching isn’t just about setting goals—it’s about uncovering the deeper layers of who you are and how you want to show up in the world. This process goes beyond the surface, helping you reconnect with your soul’s purpose and align with what truly matters.

Over 10 weeks, we’ll explore the patterns, beliefs, and experiences that have shaped you—shining a light on what’s no longer serving you and clearing the way for real transformation. This isn’t about quick fixes; it’s about creating a life that feels deeply fulfilling, one you don’t need to escape from.

In our first session, we’ll look at where you are now, what’s working, and what’s not. From there, we’ll define your vision and map out a plan to bring it to life—one that feels aligned, intentional, and fully yours.

Transformational 10 session package

Coaching/Mentoring

Choose this one when you have something specific you would like to work on. Great for targeted treatment work. Can easily work back/neck and shoulders or full legs. 

 45 Minute Massage

Most popular! This allows time to relax into the massage and receive both your relaxation and treatment work of a specific area or we can do full body relaxation. 

60 Minute Massage

A 90 minute massage is perfect for the full on Bliss out or choose to have a combination of relaxation and treatment work as it allows for a full body relax and time to work deeply into those areas of aches and pains. 

90 Minute Massage

Our energy, hearts and minds can have amazing and dramatic shifts but sometimes our body takes a bit longer to integrate those shifts, leaving you with aches and pains, sudden bouts in lack of coordination, headaches, tiredness, brain fog, to name a few.

Massage with the awareness and intention of integration can speed up this process and allow the body to release the old patterns, the old emotions and move into alignment with our new way of being. 

After all, we are here for physical experiences. Our body holds on to unprocessed emotions, old patterns of thinking until we bring awareness to it and allow it to release!
