Unwind & disconnect for 45 minutes in our private state-of-the-art Infrared Sauna. Our sauna can accommodate up to three guests allowing for extra space to stretch or lie down during your session. Additional guests are charged at $20 per person. 

We provide a complimentary bath towel for the sauna bench and one bath mat for the sauna floor, cold filtered water, private shower facilities and in-sauna entertainment (Spotify, Netflix, Gaia, Youtube/Internet).

We kindly ask that you bring your own towel for the shower facilities. We can provide extra towels at $3 per person. We recommend wearing your swimmers and loose clothing to put on afterwards as you will still sweat for up to 20 minutes post-sauna.

Please note we do not have restrooms.

Infrared Sauna Session

Sharpen your mental focus, boost your metabolism, aid recovery and obtain a natural high with Cold Plunge therapy. 

Requiring only 3 minutes of immersion, post-Infrared Sauna (45 minutes), you will experience the many benefits of Contrast Therapy.

All guests must wear swimmers whilst in the bath, and to please be considerate of other participants following your session by using the shower facilities and restrooms beforehand. 

Importantly please note:
1. Showering before the cold plunge is compulsory (after sauna session).
2. The cold plunge is situated in our outside courtyard, we do our best to make it as private as possible however people can see in.
3. The cold plunge does not have a time extension to your session, please be mindful and bring your belongings outside with you so our team can turnover the room for the next booking.
4. The bath is sanitised and cleaned daily.

Infrared Sauna + Cold Plunge

Drift away to the scent of cleansing Palo Santo and curated ambient sounds. This treatment uses Swedish style techniques designed to melt away muscle tension and leave you in a dreamy meditative state. Using light to medium pressure we use long rhythmic, flowing strokes, muscle kneading and soft stretching. An essential treatmentfor a relaxed, balanced body and mind.

This treatment allows you to access a deep and profound state of relaxation, assisting in minimising muscular and skeletal pain, chronic and acute muscle tension, deep tissue muscle tension release, fascia release, acupressure points, lymphatic drainage, face and jaw tension release and bio dynamic crainiosacral therapy – supporting the nervous system.
