48 hour cancellation required or you will be charged to card on file 30% of service. 

Being late will not extend appointment time. 

**Must have 60% of extensions remaining. Wash, Cleanse, removal of Grown-out extensions & placement of new lashes. If you are missing more than 60% of lashes your lashes will not fully filled.
