You will be guided into your journey with a steady drum beat after being supported in setting a clear intention and you will then access information from within yourself or your higher self, to help you as you intend.  The drum beat relaxes you and will take you into an altered state of consciousness to access information and guides. You may meet your power animal if you don't already have one too.
