Various poses stretch beneath the superficial muscles to target the dense connective tissues of the body, often in the low back and hips, which are difficult to open and can result in both limited flexibility and stagnant energy. Retreat for Your Feet

The service will begin with a lovely soak in our tub filled with our specially formulated bath salt, followed by filing, shaping, and cuticle care. Next we apply our handcrafted body butter while you enjoy a massage and then place your feet in disposable bags filled with our deeply hydrating paraffin soak and then comfy booties. The paraffin wax relaxes muscles, reduces inflammation, and decreases joint stiffness. Lastly, top it off with your favorite polish, and top coat and cuticle oil for maximum shine!

Paraffin Pedicure

This service is a beautiful combination of healing energy and nail treatments. Reiki is an alternative therapy in which the practitioner transfers energy to the recipient through the palms of the hands to promote relaxation and stress relief, as well as other benefits. The main benefit of this service is relaxation, however we are adding healing benefits to help manifest your intentions, release negativity and open chakras.  You will begin with the opportunity to set an intention if you wish. Then we will cleanse the space with sage/palo santo wood which will help you relax.  A customized aromatherapy oil blend, healing crystals and lighted candles will bring a peaceful atmosphere.
