Step into Stirling’s first solo-use infrared sauna. A private space to rest, recover and reconnect. Located in a private suite at 5 Borrowmeadow Road, Solāis offers gentle, dry infrared heat (no steam or humidity), peaceful music and subtle aromatherapy. Designed for one person at a time, it’s a full-body sensory reset. Benefits include deep relaxation, improved circulation, muscle recovery and better sleep. Sessions are private, 30 minutes and booked in advance.
