After suffering with a stiff neck and shoulders as well as back trouble for way too long I decided the time to get booked in was now. Instantly felt at ease as the environment and welcome was perfect.

Naomi was great. Very knowledgeable, professional and easy to chat to about what sort of issues I'd been having and with tightness I'd been suffering with etc. In no time at all she had me feeling relaxed and back to myself again. I also feel more mobile and will definitely be back.

I booked in with Naomi for the 45 minute desk worker special.  From the start, the experience felt personalized. She clearly understood the typical stress points that desk workers suffer from . The massage focused on deep tissue work in the upper back, neck and shoulders, with special attention to posture-related tension.
What really stood out was the combination of targeted pressure and gentle stretches to release built-up tension. It wasn’t just relaxing—it felt corrective. After the session, I could feel a noticeable improvement in my posture and range of motion.

45 minutes is suitable for more than one area such as a shoulder and neck. For multiple large areas or a chronic issue consider booking 60 mins to get a comprehensive treatment. If you are unsure please ask.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a specialized massage technique used to stimulate the lymphatic system, which plays a crucial role in waste removal and immune function. 

It involves gentle, rhythmic movements by a trained therapist, designed to move lymph fluid from swollen areas towards functioning lymph nodes. MLD aims to reduce swelling, improve lymphatic drainage, and support the body's natural detoxification processes. It is superficial pressure due to the lymphatic capilleries laying very close to the surface of the skin. 

In this treatment the therapist uses an extremely gentle push and stretch technique over dry skin, once full drainage of an area is done the therapist will move any remaining fluid using light pressure with oil. This treatment finishes with a gentle full back and neck oiled massage. Designed to leave you relaxed and refreshed.

If you are simply looking to unwind from daily life and it's stresses this is the treatment for you. This gentle yet effective treatment focuses on the muscles of the back, neck, even down into the hands, with a combination of rhythmic strokes and light pressure to release stress and promote relaxation.

Hot stones massage (full body)

A hot stone massage is a type of massage therapy that uses heated stones to relax muscles and relieve tension. The massage therapist uses the stones in a variety of ways, including: 

Placing stones on the body
The therapist places the stones on specific points of the body, such as between the shoulder blades and at the base of the low back. The stones are usually made of basalt, a volcanic rock that retains heat well. 
Using the stones as an extension of their hands
The therapist uses the stones to apply gentle pressure and glide along the muscles. This can feel deeper than a regular massage because the warmth relaxes the muscles.

Hot stones massage 

Lymphatic drainage massage, also known as manual lymphatic drainage, is a gentle treatment used to relieve painful swelling in your arms and legs caused by lymphedema. Lymphedema often affects people recovering from breast cancer surgery.

Lymphedema happens when your tissues retain fluid left behind after your cardiovascular system sends blood to your tissues and organs.

The remaining fluid is called lymph. Normally, your lymphatic system collects your lymph and returns it to your heart via a network of lymph vessels and lymph nodes. When something disrupts your lymphatic system’s process, lymph collects in your arms and legs, making them swell.

A massage therapist uses lymphatic drainage massage techniques to move lymph from your tissues to your lymph nodes, which eases the swelling in your tissues.
